Terms of Use

These terms govern use of appliedresearchanddevelopment.com, operated by Applied Research and Development LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“AR&D”). If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site

Content is for general information and recruiting. It is not an offer of employment, a product offering, or a license to any intellectual property. Role listings may change or close without notice. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract.

Intellectual property

Site text, marks, and images are owned by AR&D or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them except for personal, non-commercial viewing or as allowed by law. Patents, process descriptions, and research summaries on this site do not grant any license.

Unsolicited materials

Do not send confidential or proprietary information, inventions, or unpublished research unless we have asked for it in writing. Unsolicited submissions are not treated as confidential and may be used or discarded without obligation or compensation.

Export controls

AR&D’s work may involve technologies subject to U.S. export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations. You may not use this site to transfer controlled technical data in violation of those laws. Some roles may be limited to U.S. persons as defined under applicable regulations.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or use it to send spam or malware.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” AR&D makes no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by Florida law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AR&D is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Lee County, Florida, have exclusive venue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms.
